Run #189 AKA the puking Hash, April 4th, 2004
Nishiyo city was the setting for Hanami Hash part "2". Only 11 hashers made it down to Nishiyo (13 including the hares) mainly I guess due to the cold weather and rain. That said despite the bad weather Busta Seshi and the soon to be named Ayumi had set up a beautiful trail. Starting at the station we were soon running down back streets and canals for wonderful hanami viewing. At the start we had been promised a short run yet the trail kept taking us further away from the city, and I knew we had to get back some how. The trail lead us through an old temple and then on to countryside style path, with even more cherry blossom. Piggy Style seemed to have a sixth sense in picking the correct trails while Peach Fuzz and I were always trying to catch him by always choosing "F". The goal was on top of a hill with a good view, however another group had also chosen the same spot for a party as our down down area. After a tense stand off Piggy Style the diplomat negotiated to share the space.
Despite the small number of hashers, the same amount of beer had been purchased and a good deal was drunk by all, in the most out of control down down this monkey has seen. First I puked and then smelly Pussy had some gil gil action. This then drunken bunch had to name Ayumi as it was her fifth hash. I don`t think Ayumi had witnessed a naming ceremony before and maybe a bit shocked by the highly personal questions, but we did find out she likes "Gentlemen". After the longest name debating ever the name "Finger Lickin Good" was picked which I agree with, especially after hearing some of the nasty rejections.
Then it was off to the hash bash, which turned out to be Busta Seshis new work place. She was just a bit worried about all these drunken hashers turn up and her loosing her job, however by the time everyone had arrived via Finger Lickin Good and Lost Cherries taxi service things had calmed down.
The Indian meal was Oishi and then it was back to Nagoya. Thanks to Busta Seshi and Finger Lickin Good for a great course. On On

前日、Groper&Cheep-Liquor主催の花見に参加し、Silent-Knight&Viagra邸に一泊させてもらいました。そんな訳で、今回の長くも短いハッシュの一日は、Silent-Knight&Viagra邸の西川製羽毛布団から出ることから始まりました。暖かかったッス。
朝起き外を見ますとなんと雨模様、おまけに肌寒くほんまに走るんかいなと言う気分。ところで一泊させていただいたホスト・ホステスのSilent-knight氏・Viagara女史はなんでも用事があるということで、今回のハッシュは行けないとのこと。（でも本心は用事があって良かったと思っていたらしいですよ・・・？ダウンダウン？）そんな事情で、私Chikubitchは、Viagra女史に見送られつつ駅へ向かいました。途中間違えて豊橋行きに乗ってしまう等のハプニングがあるものの、前日Viagara女史に調べてもらった乗り継ぎ通りに１３時４０分に西尾駅へ到着。ちょっと時間が早かったので誰もいないかなと思いつつ改札を出ると、なんと駅弁でなく菓子パンを食べているEkibenさんがいるではあーりませんか。なんでも彼は土曜日には横浜へ行きサムライハッシュに参加したとのこと、やはりその位のパワーがなければ駅弁スタイルはこなせないのかと思い感心していると、今回のhareのBuster-Seishiとあゆみちゃんが登場。その後、続々とハッシャーが西尾駅に集まり、悪天候に関わらず１０人程度になりました。late comer = Peach-Fuzzなる方程式が成立するのではという巷の噂が囁かれる中、今回は遅刻せずにPeach-Fuzzが登場。Spooky-Groper-Lost_cherryは、ニンニクの匂いを漂わせつつ最後に登場し、差し入れの餃子をもってきてくれました。なんでも王将でラーメンと餃子を昼食に食べたとのことで、流石にBEERは我慢したようでした。そんな訳で今回はすんなりと早めのスタートとなりました。丁度桜が満開の時期で、途中川沿いの桜並木がとっても綺麗で、小雨で少々湿った桜が“いとおかし”という感じでした。いつもはHot-tuna & Denki-Dickのしっぽ（Shinkansen＝新感染語ではチクワともいう。）を追いかけて一生懸命走るのですが、今回は歯医者に激しいい運動と飲酒を止められていましたので歩くことにしました。しかし、今回雨のためか先頭集団が何回かtrailをロストし、また効果的なショートカットもありそれほど先頭集団と離れることなくゴールできました。距離も短めで今回の天候を考えると丁度良い距離で助かりました。（Buster-Seishi&あゆみちゃん ありがとう！！）その後、ダウンダウンとなりましたが、雨のため屋根のある場所へ小さいシートを敷き、その上で寒さを堪えるため皆で肩を寄せ合って小さなサークルを作り座ったままでのダウンダウンとなりました。しかし、このダウンダウン結構盛り上がりました。一番面白かったダウンダウンは、Peach-Fuzzの遅れなかったダウンダウンでしょうか。いつも遅刻してくるのに、今回は定刻通り来たので雨が降ってしまったという理由でした。でも遅れても飲まされるし、ちゃんときても飲まされるなんて・・・羨ましい？
それから今回は、あゆみちゃんがハッシュネームをゲットする記念すべきrunでした。
泥（名古屋ハッシュ）のなかに咲く蓮の花のようなあゆみちゃんにどんな名前が着くのかと思いましたが、上品な名前が付けられました。そのハッシュネームは、"Finger-Lickin' Good"です。なんでも意味は、指ですくって舐めるとマイウーという意味だとか？ 悶悶・・・・・？？？
さらにまた隣のグループとの交流もあり楽しいダウンダウンとなりました。歯医者に止められているにも関わらずかなり酔ってしまい頭痛がするしまつ。隣の花見客から頂いた韓国焼酎鏡月がかなり効いたようです。その後ダウンダウンを終えハッシュバッシュとなりましたが、お店はBuster-Seisiが７月まで働く予定のインド料理屋さんでした。ナンが何処となく甘みがありとっても美味しかったです。
こんな楽しいrunを冷たい雨の中セットアップしてくれたBuster-Seishi&Finger-Lickin' Goodありがとう！そしてご苦労様でした。
ちなみに、帰りですが“恵那山トンネルを抜けると其処は雪国でした。”びっくり！！
